Job Description
Develop, maintain, and deploy software applications
Act as a technical lead for a small team, supporting members in system design, coding, and code reviewWork closely with Biz, BA, Infra, and Vendors to implement and deliver systems
Participate in requirement analysis, issue handling, and track tasks until completion
Support production systems, handle incidents, and continuously improve system quality
Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and operational procedures
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirement
Requirements (Must have)
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
At least 3 years of experience with C# or VB (.NET WinForms, ASP.NET)
At least 2 years of experience with SQL Server
Experience with Oracle database
Ability to read, write, and maintain technical documents in English
Experience in supporting team members and technical coordination
Skills & Competencies
Experience as a technical lead, supporting team members and performing code reviews
Strong sense of ownership, able to track and drive tasks through to completion
Good ability in issue analysis and root cause analysis
Understanding of SDLC, Change Request, UAT, and Production release processes
Proactive, responsible, and able to work well under pressure
Nice to Have
Experience with Node.js, ReactJS / React Native, or mobile development
Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring)
Experience working with ERP / manufacturing systems
Experience in incident handling & production support
