Job Description

1. Manages and controls the Local Area Network for the computer system and server (virtual, phisical) software/hardware from incoming, maintaining to outgoing; data security assuring;

2. Manages the company communication systems including telephone, fax, internet, email, printing, photocopying;

3. Provides supports to all the departments and staff member of the company related to computer hardware and software problems;

4. Manage the company Local Area Network for the computer system including data sharing/storing/protecting, company web site, software; performs data backup for the company computer system (daily, weekly and monthly);

5. Sustain stability of and security for the company computer system; set up the rules for users relating to company hardwares, softwares and data systems;

6. Prepare and provide company employees with appropriate user rights for emails, internet access and any other computer software;

7. Provide direct maintenance service or take appropriate actions for maintenance service against technical problems with the company computer systems and communications systems (including least but not last telephone/fax, email, internet access, printing, photocopying...);

8. Provides supports to all the departments and staff member of the company related to computer hardware and software problems; including liquidation (all hardware in details, printers...);

9. IT security control.

AUTHORITIES

1. Takes initiatives to resolves problems arisen and to accomplish job duties as empowered by DM/SDM/DFM/FM;

2. Supervises and speeds up subordinates' performance;

3. Recommends rewarding and/or disciplinary measures for subordinates' performance;

4. Recommends new method or for improving product quality management;

5. Recommend appointment or dismissal Leaders, Sub-leaders;

6. Request workers to work overtime to meet the needs of production;

7. Calculate and request for additional machinery, equipment and personnel to meet production situations;

8. Approve requests for purchase base on company rule.

Job Requirement

1. Education background: Information Technology Engineer;

2. Working experience: 5 years of experience with at least 3 years at management level related to Information System;

3. Knowledge of computer networking, computer network management and software programming;

4. Ability to install application softwares for computers and communication systems; ability to handle breakdowns of the computer and communications system;

5. Ability to design, organize and manage application; ability to take security measures for the computer and telecommunication networks;

6. Have a strong leadership to manage the resp dept globally;

7. Create and keep win-win mind w/ other depts;

8. Skills:

a. Interpersonal skill;

b. Effective communication in English or JP.
