We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer specializing in AI application development on the C#/.NET/ASP.NET Core platform to design and deploy AI solutions for corporate digital transformation.

• Thiết kế và phát triển AI Agent phục vụ tự động hóa nghiệp vụ.
  Design and develop AI Agents to facilitate business process automation.
• Xây dựng các hệ thống OCR (Optical Character Recognition) để nhận dạng tài liệu, hóa đơn, biểu mẫu, nhãn sản phẩm và các loại chứng từ.
  Build OCR systems (Optical Character Recognition) for recognizing documents, invoices, forms, product labels, and other financial receipts.
• Thiết kế và triển khai AI Workflow nhằm tự động hóa quy trình xử lý dữ liệu, tích hợp nhiều hệ thống và tối ưu hóa quy trình nghiệp vụ. 

           Design and implement AI Workflows to automate data processing, integrate multiple systems, and optimize business workflows.

• Nghiên cứu và phát triển giải pháp dựa trên Microsoft Agent Framework.

           Research and develop solutions built upon the Microsoft Agent Framework.

• Phát triển RESTful API và Microservices bằng ASP.NET Core.
  Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices leveraging ASP.NET Core.
• Tích hợp các mô hình AI/LLM thông qua API.
  Integrate AI/LLM models seamlessly via APIs.
• Xây dựng hệ thống Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Function Calling, Tool Calling và Agent Orchestration.
  Build and architecture Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, Function Calling, Tool Calling, and Agent Orchestration.
• Tối ưu hiệu năng, khả năng mở rộng và bảo mật của các hệ thống AI.
  Optimize performance, scalability, and security of the deployed AI systems.
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban để khảo sát yêu cầu, thiết kế giải pháp và triển khai thực tế.
  Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and drive real-world deployment.

• Có kinh nghiệm phát triển AI Agent hoặc Multi-Agent System.
  Experience in developing AI Agents or Multi-Agent Systems.

• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Microsoft Agent Framework.
  Experience utilizing Microsoft Agent Framework.

• Có kinh nghiệm với OCR như PaddleOCR, Tesseract, OpenCV hoặc các thư viện OCR khác.
  Experience with OCR technologies such as PaddleOCR, Tesseract, OpenCV, or other OCR libraries.

• Có kiến thức về Computer Vision và xử lý ảnh.
  Knowledge of Computer Vision and image processing.

• Có kinh nghiệm tích hợp Large Language Models (LLM).
  Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs). 

• Hiểu biết về Harness Engineering, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Database và Semantic Search.  
  Understanding of Harness Engineering, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and Semantic Search.

• Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng AI Workflow bằng n8n, LangGraph hoặc các nền tảng tương tự.
  Experience building AI Workflows using n8n, LangGraph, or similar platforms.

• Có kinh nghiệm tích hợp SAP, ERP, MES hoặc các hệ thống doanh nghiệp là một lợi thế.
  Experience integrating SAP, ERP, MES, or other enterprise systems is a plus.

• Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng Tiếng Nhật, Tiếng Anh.
  Ability to read and understand technical documentation in Japanese and English.

• Tư duy phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
